Light Market is looking for a reliable and organised Admin Assistant to support the daily operations of our Edenvale branch.

Position Details

  • Location: Edenvale, Gauteng

  • Employment Type: Full-time

  • Role Type: Office / Branch Administration

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily administrative duties for the branch

  • Process invoices, delivery notes, and supplier paperwork

  • Assist with stock records and internal documentation

  • Answer calls, respond to emails, and handle schedules

  • Support sales and management with general admin tasks

Requirements

  • Previous admin or office experience (preferred)

  • Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, POS systems advantageous)

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills

  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
